One of the most unique events we’ve had the pleasure of taking part in was the Des Moines North High School Senior Signing Day sponsored by Inspire Iowa’s Future.
Similar to the celebration when high school athletes sign on with their future colleges and universities, this first-of-its-kind celebration recognized every North High student who achieved the life-changing milestone of committing to post-secondary education.
In addition to motivating students across Iowa to take charge of their future, Senior Signing Day also celebrated the teachers, families, and friends who supported the seniors along the way.
Senior Signing Day celebrated anyone who had a plan after high school:
- Community College
- 4-year University
- STEP Program
- Military
- Trade School
- Workforce/Apprenticeship
We were proud to be part of this celebration capturing photo, in the open air photo booth, of students celebrating their choices with fellow classmates, family, and friends.
